As the society developing,“Sustainability” has become the developing indicator to theof human society. With the development of human society, it’s found human society is moredestructions than constructions. So, the “green traffic” is advocated as the UrbanNon-motorized Traffic System is designed in the urban planning. To comparing the vehicularcirculation system (includes: the non-renewable energy’s consumption, tail gas pollution, andthe traffic’s dangerous), the non-motorized traffic system is low carbon, comfortable and safe.It’s conducive to the sustainability of the city.In this article, we will choose a section of the non-motorized traffic road, in theTen-Kilometer-Zone in Guangzhou Luogang Newtown. By analyzing the landscape features,ancillary facilities and the indications of the architectures, we can find the landscapecharacteristics of the non-motorized space of the chosen road. Meanwhile combining the dataof the economic development of the Luogang Newtown (2006~2009), we can get the resultthat landscape constructions can promote the non-motorized traffic system, and to get thesuggestion to how to built the landscape, which is in favour to the development of thenon-motorized traffic system.
