The layout of non-motorized is one of the important links in urban non-motorized system planning.Unimpeded road network,adequate space and safe environment of non-motorized traffic are essential for the healthy development of the urban non-motorized traffic.At present,non-motorized facilities is lack of systematic during the process of urban non-motorized traffic system planning.This leads to insufficient of facilities layout in some cities,the slow line system can not be planned for infrastructure protection,and the rate of slow travel travel extension has also been affected.This paper systematically analyze non-motorized traffic facilities on partition,grade,node through analyzing basic present and common problem of urban non-motorized traffic facilities layout.This analysis based on the concept of security,justice,convenient,comfortable,accessible,green health,adhere to the thought of "people oriented",Determining the indicators and evaluating the grade of current non-motorized facilities layout,and putting forward some reasonable optimization measures according to the evaluation results.At first,this paper divides the city into different non-motorized traffic units according to the nature of the land,carries on the classification of walking,riding road,and systematically analyzes non-motorized facilities of intersection,public transport hub,bicycle parking node,etc.Then classifying non-motorized facilities on road network,space,environment.Secondly,the paper builds a comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate the status of facility layout situation,choose the connectivity,convenience,safety and comfort for four criterion layer.Under the criterion layer,the paper selects 20 reasonable indexes to quantitative analysis and determine weight function by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Then the paper evaluates the non-motorized traffic facilities index by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,based on the related data of current facilities.Finally,it concludes that the status evaluation of urban non-motorized traffic facilities is bad on convenience and safety,and then optimizes facilities of road network,space,environment from the perspective of convenience and safety.This paper will study the non-motorized traffic facilities as a complete system,not simply relying on the original urban road network,but on the basis of the original road network,further systematically processing the slow-moving facilities,both in whole and in part,optimizing the slow transportation system facilities.In order to further deepen the direction of optimization,this paper proposes related indicators for slow running facilities based on guidelines,specifications,and planning cases.The evaluation results are obtained through case analysis.On the basis of optimization theory,slow-moving facilities are optimized for the evaluation results.
