In motor vehicles dominated society, people are enjoying the fast, also suffered a series ofsocial problems: environmental pollution, traffic congestion, lack of social justice and so on. Thenon-motorized system has the positive features: pleasant environment, low carbon, protects theenvironmental, optimization of urban traffic patterns; it should be brought to the attention of thesociety. The construction of urban non-motorized corridors from the landscape perspective, aimsto build a "slow life” atmosphere. It is to provide citizens the integrated space network thatconvenient for commuting, experience the natural humanities enjoy the leisure life.First of all, through fundamental researches, define the related concepts of non-motorizedcorridors, reviewed advanced theory and practice at home and abroad, summed thecharacteristics of non-motorized activity, and hackled the related theory of corridor.To deconstruct of urban non-motorized corridors, from the perspective of landscape,utilization various knowledge, sums up the influencing factors, inscapes and function types ofconstruction of the non-motorized corridors, from macroscopic holding non-motorized corridorscontact of all aspects of urban.After that, to conduct the thorough research to the construction of non-motorized corridors,basic principles are put forward. Put it for integrated of landscape, and the transportation on aforward-looking height, basing on the analysis of influence factors, combining with thecharacteristics of function types, summed up the non-motorized corridor. Discussed the pathplanning and landscape strategy of three types of corridors-branches, backbone, characteristicnon-motorized corridors.At the detailed design level, come up the design method of non-motorized road, transitnodes, crossing facilities.At last, by using the conclusion, Suqian City is taken to be as an example of non-motorizedcorridors system, and then come up ideas on the non-motorized corridors building, and relatedsuggestions are provided.
