For a long time, expressway monitoring system is one of the most important applications ofindustry personnel, the monitoring system can quickly find the abnormal situation of expressway,and the monitoring system also can provide the best information to the maximum extent. With thecontinuous extension of the highway, monitoring system is more and more widely used in thehigh-speed, high-speed traffic department on the "monitoring" the technical guide, but limited tomoney or other factors, monitor the whole process is not fully realized.By the business management needs to promote, monitoring technology of expressway hasbeen constantly updated. If the current IP HD monitor technology in the continuous promotion,new technology to the non "monitoring" and the wireless monitoring technology is most obvious,including the use of OFDM technology, microwave communication technology, networktransmission technology.3G network in the construction of our country has already entered the mature stage ofbusiness application, whether coverage or data transmission bandwidth, have reached theapplication level. This paper is set in the3G network stability, a complete set of wireless videomonitoring system constructed by the field, road vehicles to the monitoring center, to make up forlack of highway no "monitoring" brought about by the.This paper first analyzes the monitoring status and monitoring of highway needs, then thesimple introduction of3G communication technology, then the system realization technologyprinciple is introduced, and the feasibility of design and implementation of the system, carries onthe analysis to the key technical problem which exists in the project and puts forward the solution,finally introduces the "wireless video" monitoring system design, including system architecture,system function. Finally, to verify the design scheme of the system are introduced, and itsadvantages and summary system.
