Power system under large disturbance stability once lost, often resulting in large range,long time blackout, heavy may make the power system collapse and collapse. Therefore, thestudy and implementation of security and stability control measures, rational allocation ofsecurity and stability control system, to improve the existing power grid safe and stableoperation is of momentous significance.In this paper, through the analysis of the basic requirements, to ensure the safe and stableoperation of power system stability control system principle of work, the main power gridsecurity and stability control of the commonly used technology, according to a power grid dueto production implementation of reconstruction of power transmission project, andimplementation of grid division scheme changes and other factors, combined with thechanges in time the grid structure and main trend, strategy and timely check, research,adjustment and control of the network corresponding stability control system, to address thekey equipment system stability problems severe fault conditions.This paper focuses on the influence of each area on the stability of the system to carryout analysis, to the summer and small data based on the serious fault occurs, the connectionmode and maintenance mode under network problems are studied. The fault current exceedthe standard and trend of blocking coexist, local structural Wo electricity and lack ofelectricity phenomenon coexist, easy to cause chain reaction in the power grid sufferedserious fault, further increase the dependence of the stability control system. Configurationbased on analysis results and combined with the existing stability control system, put forwardthe power system stability control system reconstruction scheme and the correspondingcontrol measures, control strategies of security and stability control system in the regionalpower grid. The paper has some reference value for the existing grid security and stabilitycontrol system and the construction of high voltage power grid. For the existing grid securityand stability control system and high-voltage power grid construction, can refer to the strategyof local area stability control system reconstruction project and the implementation of thework, to ensure the safety and stability of regional power grid.
