The wind power is one of most widely-used renewable and clean energy, and it grows fast in recent years. But the problem is that the wind power is random and the output can not be controlled, which impetus the development of the wind power. With the daily increasing installed capacity of wind energy in Baicheng, the proportion of wind power is increasing and the affect of them becomes bigger and bigger. The safe and the stability of power system are much more required. Based on the current situation of Baicheng power grid, this thesis analyzed the grid-connected wind farms of large scale to the Baicheng power grid comprehensively and deeply.Stable control is one of the most important technical measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid. Security and stability control system could ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid, but also eliminate the defect of grid system and the emergency control accident cases. In this thesis, the security and stability control system of Baicheng power grid is analyzed. Baicheng power grid security and stability control system only can consider simple dynamic models by means of off-line tactic forms and send out orders according to the fault section and kind of fault. By these equipment the on-line real-time restraint can’t be taken into consideration, it leads to the inaccuracy of the control. To solve its shortcomings, this thesis give the solutions and implementation method of intelligent safety and stability control system. This thesis applies the method of correlation analysis, upgrade the security and stability control system of Baicheng power grid, and simplifies the formulation and setting for power system stability control scheme lists. That method could ensure that the Baicheng power grid security and stability control system can intelligent identification grid fault, automatic real-time matching safety control scheme lists of stability control device, and improve the security and stability level of Baicheng power grid. The researching work has an important theoretical significance and practical value for the safety operation of Baicheng power grid.
