| With the rapid development of socio-economic construction、highway transportation and logistics freight transportation industries,vehicles that pass the "green channel" show a growing trend in terms of both quantity and deductions;Due to the lack of intelligent management methods,and the group’s lack of clear and detailed reference data for the overall situation of reductions and exemptions,the development of the green channel business has faced severe challenges such as “a large amount of reductions and exemptions,a large amount of on-site review workload,and difficult business overall management” challenge;It has become imperative to achieve the goal of “plugging,increasing revenue,improving quality,and increasing efficiency” and comprehensively upgrading the business management model of the green channel.This article is based on the high-speed green channel system V1.0.In combination with field investigations,First,it is found that on-site inspectors have low detection efficiency,weak inspection capabilities,and prone to road congestion when there are many vehicles.Second,Provincial border stations use Cobalt-60 system for data collection and store the collected data in SQL Server database.Interval stations use handheld terminals to collect data and store the collected data in a My SQL database.Due to the separation of the data at the provincial border site and the interval site,the data held by leaders at all levels are biased,which has a huge impact on the group’s strategic deployment.Therefore,this article has improved the high-speed green channel system V1.0 as follows:(1)Data collection: Develop an Android application that adds functions such as plate recognition and vehicle information detection.An improved license plate recognition algorithm is proposed for the scene of the high-speed green pass system.The license plate positioning is implemented by the fusion of traditional image processing and Adaboost algorithm;the character recognition uses the Res Net deep network model,which can effectively avoid the disappearance of the gradient,and the model can be extended Recognition of subsequent car models and goods,and can achieve a high accuracy rate,providing a basis for subsequent vehicle inspections.(2)Data synchronization: Develop a desktop program to synchronize the data collected by Cobalt-60 to the cloud database.The desktop program consists of three services: data synchronization service,picture synchronization service and monitoring service.In order to ensure the stable operation of the data synchronization service and the picture synchronization service,the monitoring service needs to monitor these two services in real time.If the service stops,the monitoring service will restart the service.This article uses a single-threaded,polling mechanism for data transmission;picture transmission uses FTP transmission protocol;MD5 check is used to ensure the consistency of data transmission. |
