The Design Of Container Based Railway-water Multimodal Transport Information Service

ABSTRACT:Container based railway-water multimodal transport information service (CRMTIS) is a direct product of modern information technology. Through the integration of information, it realizes intelligentization and just-in-time in all areas of the production and circulation to improve the space and time efficiency. And it effectively optimizes the corridor layout, reduce the links, shorten the period, improve the efficiency, reduce the cost, and promote the energy conservation and the emissions reduction.Based information services theory, the paper focuses on the application of KANO, card classification and service blueprint in the design of information service, by using the CRMTIS for an example. First, by KANO, from the user’s basic needs, expectations needs, expanding demand perspective, combined with user surveys, interviews and process analysis, comprehensively analyzes the information service demand and interactive information demand. Second, analyze the card sorting in the design of information architecture and content. Through card sorting allows users to participate in the design of CRMTIS’s information architecture. Using the cluster analysis, multidimensional scaling analysis, analyze the advantage of card sorting and draw the user preference information architecture design recommendations. Service blueprint is used in the design of information service delivery. From the service process, the user behavior and system and the background of human interaction in the global, according to the content of information service and user behavior, information service delivery advice is given. Finally, discuss the overall framework of the platform, data sharing and security problems, to make sure the information service can be realized. Based on the above question discussion, a train of thought and method is provided for the further development of container based railway-water multimodal transport information service work.
