At present, multimodal transport has gradually become an important form of cargo transportation and the main direction of future development.According to the relevant plans and policies put forward by our country in recent years,it can be seen that the development of multimodal transport is receiving more and more attention. With the development of information technology, whether it is from the perspective of national planning or customer's demand,it has put forward higher, more comprehensive and more diversified requirements for the services quality of transportation, and it is imperative to improve the level of transportation services. The customer's demands play a key role to make the multimodal transport plan. Therefore, combining the current customer's realistic requirements for service quality, researching the optimization of multimodal transport schemes can effectively improve customer satisfaction and provide reference and guidance for the joint transport operators to formulate reasonable transport plans, which has certain practical significance. This paper studies the optimization of multimodal transport scheme based on customer's different demand for service quality. The main work contents and innovations are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the multimodal transport services quality, combined with the results of customer surveys on service quality,it is clear that there are individual differences in the needs of different customers for service quality. Then, the four aspects of economy, timeliness, convenience and security in service quality are selected as the research focus of this paper, and the quantitative method of the convenience of qualitative factors is proposed innovatively. The parameter of convenience index is introduced, and combined with the reality in recent years, the informatization and customs clearance issues are included in the consideration of convenience.Among them, the gravity model and the entropy weight method and the DTW-based evaluation algorithm are used to quantify the introduced convenience index.(2)On the basis of the above analysis, this paper constructs a multimodal transport optimization model based on different demand for service quality. In the model, the mathematical model is established with the four service quality factors of economy, timeliness, convenience and security as the objective function. The model is transformed by the method of weighted summation and dimension unified, and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimization model accordingly.(3)Taking the container cargo transportation from Suzhou to Berlin as an example, the model and algorithm proposed in this paper are verified, and the optimal transportation scheme under different customer requirements is obtained.According to the comparison results of each scheme,it can be seen that the quality of different services is biased. The optimal transportation scheme is different and conforms to the reality. It is proved that the multimodal transport optimization model based on the different demand for service quality and the designed ant colony algorithm are scientific, effective and reasonable, and can provide certain theoretical basis and reference value for the formulation of the actual transportation plan.
