Research On The Port Logistics Service Quality Evaluation For WuHan Newport

Wuhan Newport is an important hub of the Yangtze River Basin, bear the national task——the rise of the central region.It was clear in the12th five-year-plan scheme of Wuhan city. And as the world economic integration and globalization, the competition between ports is increasingly fierce. Because ports are working to improve their competitiveness, port logistics service quality become the focus of attention.But most of the existing research from the policy of the qualitative level of concern about the quality of service of port logistics, lack of strong data support, so the objective data is the key to the port status of quantitative evaluation, in order to find a breakthrough and improve the quality of logistics services.This article adopted by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, namely the method of cloud model and the Wuhan Newport port logistics service quality is evaluated.This paper analyzed the influence factors of service quality of port logistics and the port logistics service quality literature, establishes the evaluation index system.Cloud model to evaluate index system can fully embody the objectivity.In determining the index weight, this article uses the cloud model improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Improved the judgment matrix using the cloud model scale, it can fully embody the qualitative the randomness and fuzziness of language.Article objective performance is larger.After the questionnaire survey was conducted using expert scoring method, this article uses the double constraints method to handle the data.This calculation will be more accurate when using cloud model, the subjectivity is lower, results of analysis provides a basis for behind.In the analysis, this paper makes full use of the cloud model parameters of significance, according to the different cloud parameters reflect the content, a comparison of different indicators, analyzes the overall evaluation and puts forward some suggestions.
