Evaluation System For Service Quality Of Road Passenger Transportation

With the rapid development of economy, more and more high level is required to roadpassenger transport industry service quality. Only establish a set of reasonable perfect roadpassenger transportation service quality evaluation system (RPTSQES) could it improveservice quality level to satisfy demand constantly. To develop scientific and reasonablecomputer RPTSQES has very important significance to improve road passenger transportindustry service quality.Analyzing users demand, function demand and feasibility of evaluation system, usingobject-oriented Java development language, B/S (Browser/Server) software architecture,JavaEE system structure, the MVC design pattern, Struts2+Hibernate framework, Eclipsedevelopment tools and MySQL database system, an RPTSQES is developed and set on BaiduCloud Services after packaging source codes. RPTSQES has6functional modules such asuser management, basic information management, passenger service quality evaluate,comprehensive query, policies and regulations, and system help etc. Its specific functions are:user information management, right management, basic information management (includingthe evaluation object and evaluation index management), service quality evaluation online,and comprehensive query etc. Taking Xi’an urban and rural passenger transport as an example，its service quality level is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of RPTSQES.Test shows that the established RPTSQES has stable performance, complete functions, highoperation efficiency and data security, could meet different users’ demands.
