| With the rapid development of e-commerce and mobile business service mode,the traditional home decoration design service presents new service characteristics.The new service characteristics have a profound impact on the service mode of home decoration designers and the needs of customers.Purpose of this paper is to explore the service quality evaluation system in home decoration design service of 3D cloud design platform and improve the service flow.Both in academia and industry,it is generally believed that good service quality is conducive to increasing user satisfaction.Improving the service mode of home decoration design of 3D cloud design platform is difficult to avoid the evaluation of service quality of the platform and user behavior and service system Insight in demand.It is very urgent and necessary to evaluate the service quality of home decoration design under e-commerce mode and to improve the service mode.This study will evaluate the service quality of home decoration design under 3D cloud design platform,and then put forward an objective evaluation system,which will provide enlightenment for improving the service quality of home decoration design under 3D cloud design platform mode.In this study,first of all,through literature review and qualitative research,the connotation of service,service quality evaluation,service design are summarized,and the changes of home decoration design services and users under 3D cloud design platform are introduced.then,the influence of 3D cloud design platform on home decoration design service quality is analyzed,and the formation mechanism and connotation of home decoration design service quality under 3D cloud design platform are expounded,which lays a foundation for the construction of home decoration service under 3 cloud design platforms.Lastly,based on the modified SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model,the service evaluation scale of home decoration design under 3D cloud design platform is constructed.Through the service blueprint insight into the user behavior in the service cycle,and the unsatisfactory link in the service cycle is used as the starting point of the discussion research.In order to provide suggestions based on the analysis results,better guidance service model To improve and help enterprises to innovate. |
