Middle route of south-to-north water transfer project of the main canal is a large-scale inter-basin water transfer project, the long lines, large span from north to south, wide range of water supply, broadly adopted artesian water but the available water head is limited, and no online precast regulating reservoir make the midline water hydrodynamic problems more complicated.To give full play to the benefit, realize the goal of planning in the project of south-to-north water transfer project, ensuring the safe operation of main canal, in this paper, according to characteristics of the middle route and operating conditions, research center line water joint scheduling model to ensure the safety of water supply planning,we made a few aspects of content:(1) According to the unsteady flow in open channel flow and characteristics of the central channel, generalizingprocessing complex inner boundary conditions,such as the gate, siphon and bleeder. Generalized boundary conditions in coupling with saint venant equations, at the same time, with good stability, high precision Pressmann four time and space are applied to solve the eccentric format, Constructed with complex inner boundary conditions of long distance water conveyance open channel flow.Then finished constant flow model has "compatibility" with unsteady flow, implementation of the south to north water diversion downstream depth constant folw control need and unsteady flow calculation module, lay the foundation for the central channel running simulation control and emergency control.(2) According to the characteristic of south to north water transfer project,build the water quality model based on Balanced domain.The physical mechanism of this method is clear, and take the influence of weather factors into consideration, which make the result of simulation more reasonable and precise.Building the center line comprehensive water quality model in the base of it, the model includes nine parameters, The water quality parameters can be simulated in any combination of the way, It makes a solid foundation of sudden water pollution incident emergency control, also provide technical support for the central sudden pollution accident(3) By analyzing the characteristics of canal and the recovery characteristics of constant downstream depth, introduces the constant downstream depth operation control mode, and based on volume compensation is combined with the channel water level and water level fluctuation conditions were improved. Feedbacek control uses water level and folw cascade feedback controller, and we improved the controller, avoiding the decoupling link. Finally the simulation results are compared with folw compensation and another volume compensation, which proved the proposed control model effectiveness.(4) Based on propagation speed of pollutants, fully consider the channel water level amplitude limit and the fluctuation of water level constraints. Study the emergency contrl strategy of unexpected pollution incidents, puts forward the channels of Danjiangkou reservoir pollution and sudden water pollution control strategy. In the final, it proves that the emergency control strategy is reasonable and effectively.
