Research On Construction Cost Risk Management And Control Strategy Of Power Grid Construction Project

With the rapid growth of economic and power consumption, power grid construction investment increases year by year in our country, but the project cost is fluctuant, and there are lots of risks. Therefore, studying grid construction projects cost risk management and risk control strategy plays a important role to promote economic development and to improve the economic benefit of power grid enterprise.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign grid construction projects risk management, the basic theory of power grid project cost risk management is studed detailedly. The method and process of risk identification for grid construction project cost is analyzed. And the evaluation method and process of grid construction project cost risk factors are studied. Then from the point of whole process, power grid construction projects is dicided into five stages:investment decision stage, design stage, the bidding stage, implement stage and completion settlement and auditing stage. The power grid construction projects cost risk index system is constructed, considering Chinese power grid construction project characteristic. Entire process risk evaluation model for grid construction project costs is established. On this basis, the methods and contents of grid construction project cost risk monitoring and risk control have been discussed, the power grid construction project risk management process is constructed and we propose some risk control strategy for the grid construction project cost. Finally, with the method of combining the theory and practice, an actual case of grid construction project risk management in some city is discussed. We have identified the grid construction project cost risk and assessed the entire process risk of a whole project risk in this city. We have analyzed the problem in its risk management, and the corresponding measures were proposed.
