Research On The Progress Risk Management Of New Campus Construction Projects In Higher Vocational College

In the past few years,due to the fast progressive development of vocational education,many higher education institutions are carrying out new construction work for new campuses.Compared with general engineering projects,new campus construction projects of higher vocational colleges need to fully consider the education attributes,diversification of teaching facilities,supporting student life,longer construction period and higher technical requirements,which,coupled with the lack of timely guarantee of project funds and often inadequate pre-construction preparation,has led to a very common increase in project schedule overruns and uncertainty of project progress,which has seriously affected the timely commissioning of the project and affects the achievement of the objectives of the whole project.In view of this,this thesis takes the schedule risk of the new campus construction project of higher education institution L as the research object,aiming to provide new ideas for the schedule risk management of the new campus construction of higher education institution.Firstly,based on Risk Management Theory and Stakeholder Theory,a preliminary list of stakeholders and subsidiary schedule risk factors was derived through analysis and research of relevant domestic and international literature,and a list of stakeholders and schedule risk factors for the final project was determined on the basis of field research.Secondly,the Delphi method was used to determine whether there was an influence relationship between the project schedule risk factors,the adjacency matrix of influence relationships of schedule risk factors was constructed,the social network analysis method was applied to establish a project schedule risk network model,and the analysis was carried out from the perspective of the overall network and the individual network to identify the key schedule risk factors.The results show that after the key schedule risk factors have been effectively controlled,all the test indicators of the project schedule risk network model have been significantly reduced and the effect is significant,indicating that the research results of this thesis have certain practical significance.This thesis applies the social network analysis method to study the schedule risks of the new campus construction project of L tertiary institution from the perspective of the inter-influence relationship between schedule risks,which enriches the research methods and perspectives of schedule risk management,and broadens the application fields and scope of the social network analysis method.
