In recent decades, China national economy has been rapidly developed, thuspromoting the process of urbanization and new rural construction and other countries ofthe key projects is also accelerating the pace of these is evident from the current realestate career development spurt. Massive construction projects in the state when the portconstruction projects and theoretical research is particularly important. Constructionprojects are generally costly, lengthy period, participants more complex interestsinvolved, there is always the presence of uncertainties due to the progress of the works, coupled with numerous intertwined these will increase the potential risk of occurrenceprobability. Properties, hazards, and may cause serious impact to ensure thatconstruction projects to security, in accordance with the planned completion and has agood quality of the project to maximize the pursuit of efficiency, you need to project theparties involved to the source of the potential risks of the project, the degree of adetailed clear grasp, and on this basis to develop reasonable and effective responsemeasures to effectively avoid risks.Project risk management in China is still in its infancy, there is a long way to go interms of theoretical and practical engineering applications. Chengdu Financial Cityconstruction projects as an example, on the basis of the theory of the study andunderstanding of project risk management, using a combination of qualitative andquantitative, standardized, empirical analysis, and engineering examples to rely on amore detailed description risk identification, evaluation, prevention and other aspects ofthe situation, summed up the project risk management method steps, put forwardspecific response and control measures, and finally the use of the analytic hierarchyprocess to evaluate the risk of the project to verify this article the rationality andpracticality. Described in this article provide a reference for the relevant aspects in thefield of theoretical research and practical application.
