Urban rail vehicles is an important carrier of the urban rail transport system, traction system for urban rail vehicles traveling power, the main circuit filter is an important electrical equipment in urban rail vehicle traction system. The entire traction system, the filter of the main circuit having a stable line current, stable VVVF (Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency) inverter terminal voltages at both ends, to filter out high frequency harmonic currents, inhibit the role of the line over voltages and over currents. The parameters of the filter design and stable the operation of the urban rail vehicles is of great significance.On urban rail vehicle traction system main circuit filter, more reflux harmonic current filter pieces traction system structure, materials, electromagnetic interference analysis, of traction system inverter input, output less side current mathematical algorithms and filter parameter value analysis. In this paper, the physical model of the motor and the inverter works to establish a mathematical model of the filter circuit of the traction system, the completion of the main circuit current characteristics of urban rail vehicle traction system with filter parameters design algorithm derivation. Given a simple, workable filter parameter selection algorithm.This paper first introduces the definition and development of urban rail transit, and also explained the role of the filter with the research status of the main circuit of the traction system. And then analysis the structure and working principle and operation of the traction system, based on the analysis of this section, the filter circuit diagram of the main circuit of the traction system. The combined analysis of the VVVF inverter works, and the traction motor physical models based on the filtering circuit diagram of the main circuit and, given the traction system inverter input, output current characteristics of the both sides of the current mathematical algorithms. Then introduces the principle of filter design, combined with the analysis of the current characteristics of the traction system, and completed the theoretical derivation of the function expression of the filter parameter value selection. Finally, by means of using MATLAB SIMULINK simulation from two aspects of the experimental simulation waveforms and filtering effect, verify the feasibility and rationality of this article by the algorithm derivation.
