| BFRP-CRC composite pavement is a new-type continuously reinforced concrete long-life composite pavement using basalt fiber reinforce polymer (BFRP) rebar as a substitute of steel rebar and placing a certain thickness of asphalt layer. Paper depends on the science technology project of the state department of transportation basalt fiber reinforced continuous reinforced concrete composite study of long-life pavement. BFRP rebars’ experiment and research such as construction technology is studied.Based on the test method standard of concrete structure and the related contents of research in China and from abroad, this paper designs the test method of bond-slip characteristics between BFRP rebars and concrete, observes the BFRP rebar’s special bond damage phenomenon comparing with ordinary ribbed steel bar, confirms the bond-slip curve of BFRP rebars and concrete, and obtains the bond-slip law between BFRP rebars and concrete to provide technical basis for the analysis of this type of pavement.Based on the test in this paper and other experimental research presented, the constitutive theory model curve and the experimental curve are compared. The result shows a good fit. The finite analyzing method of bond-slip behavior between BFRP rebars and concrete in finite software Abqus is explored, including the element types, material parameters and the bond-slip simulation. The pull-out test is simulated and solved by Abaqus and the availability of this finite element model is verified.Combining with the project based on engineering test road construction project requirements, this paper proposes the design proposal of BFRP-CRC composite pavement. Based on the differences between the new-type pavement structure and ordinary steel continuous reinforced composite pavement, construction technology is compared and analyzed. The research is funded by the national ministry of transport traffic construction projects of science and technology (2011318825780). |
