This dissertation is based on the pulsed power technology which originated in1930s, is an integrated subject involving multiple technologies. In recent years, with the rapid development of the electromagnetic launch technology, pulsed power technology got more and more attention. In order to lucubrate the pulsed power technology, make it could been applied in national defence, civil and other fields, it must be able to accurately measure the pulsed current. The major work is as follows:First, analyses the working process of the PFN and establish the state equation of the discharge circuit. Using MATLAB to get the waveform of pulsed current. Doing Fourier transform, we can find that the pulsed current has many characteristics, such as high amplitude, short rising time.Research the measurement technology based on the characteristics of the pulsed current. Rogowski coil current sensor has become the ideal measurement of pulsed current, because of its advantages, such as Wide bandwidth, without magnetic saturation, simple structure and so on. This paper expounds the principle of Rogowski coil, analyses the effects of structure parameters on the performance of the measurement system. Design the integral circuit to broaden the bandwidth. According to the design to make the Rogowski coil current sencor.Second, looking for the method to compensate the disadvantage of Rogowski coil. Analyzing and comparing several commonly used current sensor. Select Hall current sensor because it can measure DC and high-frequency current. Finally, compacting the simulation and experimental results. Using Hall current sensor measured waveform compensate the waveform measured by Rogowski coil.
