Human body temperature is a very important physiological indicators. At the hospital, itis important to determine the basis of clinical signs of clinical disease and vital signs. As wellas in family life, it is often need to measure body temperature to determine whether a fever.Infrared temperature measurement technology has been widely used in the industry. But it israrely used in social life. This paper aims to design a temperature convenient, fast temperature measurement, highaccuracy non-contact infrared thermometer. Topic selection SN8P1919Taiwan SonixTechnology as a controller, and use GE’s ZTP-135SR infrared temperature sensors to detecttemperature. In the course of proper and rational design of hardware and software systems, how to improve the accuracy of the final measurement is the main contents of this subject.Infrared temperature measurement accuracy is affected by many aspects of emissivity, temperature environment, measure distance and so on. In the process of temperaturemeasurements, we should minimize the impact of these factors. In the project design process, it is necessary to measure the ambient temperature, thetarget temperature and the temperature. It is very critical for the data processing algorithmsbecause it will directly affect the final measurement result. According to the principles andcalibration data of infrared thermometer temperature sensor, using polynomial curve fitting tofind the required correspondence relationship. However, the curve fitting method can notachieve a high accuracy. RBF neural network can be used to approximate a nonlinear functionwith an arbitrary precision, and have a global approach ability. The RBF neural networkapplied to curve fitting of the infrared temperature sensor calibration data. and certainly thegreatest extent possible to reduce measurement errors, improve measurement accuracy to themaximum extent. It will reduce the error in measuring the maximum extent, and improve themeasurement accuracy to the maximum extent. Satisfactory results have been obtained in allthe processes of measurements.
