ABSTRACT:Micro-computer monitoring signal generating system based on field bus is developed for learning and studying micro-computer monitoring. While this essay comes out from the study of field bus communication technology of micro-computer monitoring system and also the features of micro-computer monitoring signals. It mainly studies and designs the software as well as hardware on micro-computer monitoring signal generating system.Through the specified study of the communications protocol of buses(CAN Bus, RS-485Bus) and the application in micro-computer monitoring system, this essay has developed and designed a quasi-analog signal generating system which can be identified by harvesting machines and machines in monitoring station. Moreover, its stability and reliability is analyzed.This essay designs a micro-computer monitoring signal generating hardware system based on the hardware platform using an STM32embedded processor as core and μ C/OS.II embedded operating system (EOS), which is transportable, rom-able, cuttable, stabilized, and reliable.In this way, the reliability of embedded system is best enhanced,the developing efficiency of software is improved, and the developing cycle is greatly shortened.This system includes two parts:software simulation and hardware simulation. Software implementation is based on an embedded operating system (EOS) with STM32chips produced by Guangzhou Zhou Ligong company. This system uses μ C/OS system, which is transportable, rom-able, cuttable, stabilized and reliable, and improves the reliability of embedded operating system and the developing efficiency of software. And it can also shorten the developing cycle significantly. Software implementation has two modes which are automatic mode and controlled mode. This system can study the communications protocol of CAN and RS-485Buses in Micro-computer monitoring system and the collaborative work with other parts. It also bombinates the quasi-analog signal generated by embedded operating system (EOS) and the cabinets of micro-computer monitoring and machines in station. It is of great use for learning, analyzing and studying micro-computer monitoring.
