Based on analysis of computer monitoring technology at home and abroad, this thesis realizes monitoring and control of renewable energy distributed power station by using renewable energy distributed generation knowledge, technology of computer measuring and controlling, data collection, communication, islanding detection, discharging load and inverting net and designed of software and hardware. The system adopts the hierarchical distributed structure. The first layer is the monitoring center computer. The second layer is the power station monitoring computer. The third layer is the environment parameter monitoring computer, the signal collection and control monitoring computer and power generation unit monitoring computer. The first layer and the second layer adopts GPRS-Internet communication mode, while the second layer and the third layer adopts field bus communication mode. The system realizes energy measure, islanding detection, discharge load and monitoring of inverter, power generation unit and environmental parameter, with the value of practical application.
