Study On The Planning And Designing Of The Suburban Mountain Villa

With the increasingly tense of city land and the continuous development of suburban environment, more and more constructing villas choose at the suburb. It’s appearing many suburban mountain villa. Distance between this kind of villa and city is so far, combined with the special terrain mountain, it requires that the suburban mountain villa must combine the surrounding natural environment perfectly. Combined building with mountain, terrain, vegetation, forest, thus forming a kind of pattern that architecture and nature permeated each other. This paper takes the suburban mountain villa as the research object, starting from the mountain city theory, combined with habitat environment and city ecology theory. Study on the planning and designing for suburban mountain villa, this paper may provide the relevant theory to the mountain villa area planning in this complex natural geographical conditions.The thesis consists of eight chapters. The fist chapter elaborates the city suburbanization trend and residential suburban development, and points out the concepts and features of the suburban mountain villa. The theoretical and practical significance is strong. The second chapter discusses the current research on the planning and designing of the suburban mountain villa, respectively from two angles of theory and practice, and laid the theoretical foundation for the study of the following chapters. The third chapter focuses on the location of suburban mountain villa, analyzes the factors that impact the location and forms the correspondingly coping strategies. The fourth chapter keeps a watchful eye on the layout of suburban mountain villa, introduces the factors that influence the layout and basic layout mode, then discusses the planning and layout in garage and pedestrian traffic system. The fifth chapter is the form designing of suburban mountain villa, separately analysis from the physical form, organization form,grounding form and landscape pattern, summarizes the design methods and strategies of suburban mountain villa space form. The sixth chapter is exploring the designing of suburban mountain villa square, starting from layout, scale, materials and facilities, tries to put forward some countermeasures for the existing problems in the current square design. The seventh chapter is relevant practice, in order to further the thesis, writer was planed two plots and designed four kinds of monomer villa. The results verify the feasibility of this theory. The eighth chapter is the innovations and shortcomings of this thesis, summing up the advantages and disadvantages.
