With the development of economy and increasing living standards, the ultimate goal as a form of living villa, more and more sought after by people, while the mountain villa is adapt to the situation and the period of product, will usher in the golden period of development, so the research of mountain villa has a very important practical and strategic significance.Since 2000, the domestic villa after more than ten years of development, has entered the mature stage, but currently on the market products are not many, and many for copy foreign villa, lack of time, region and culture, do not pay attention to the sustainable development of environment. Through investigation and analysis and comparison of the Pearl River Delta in the more successful mountain villa community, from planning to construction level is analyzed and summarized, the design method and principle of exploration of domestic contemporary mountain villa.This paper relies on the specific project example: Huadu Jiulong Lake community, Huizhou egret lake. Analysis of overall planning, on mountain villa district, traffic organization, landscape, hydrological geology characteristics of soil and water conservation and environmental protection are analyzed, and then through the Shenzhen and 17 miles of comparison and summary, obtains the key points of design principle of mountain villa in the planning and architectural design of the need to pay attention, hoped can have the certain reference and reference value for the similar projects in the future.The design and construction of mountain villa, not only to meet the modern life style of high grade, but also to include the local natural environment respect, only starting from the living needs of the origin, harmonious coexistence of both to achieve the human, architecture and environment of the three, while to achieve regional, age and cultural three height unity, can design to embody the modern building technology products.
