| Bogie frames as the main bearing structural component of the vehicle, its safety directly affect the vehicle’s driving-safety, so its safety performance needs to be tested before it is taken into use. Since the physics test and on line-test which are be taken for the bogies safety testing is not only large scale, waste lot of time, but also not convenient to amend the structure timely while its design can’t meet the conditions, and extend the product design-cycle.Therefore, it’s very important of simulation testing in the process of the design of high-speed bogie frame. Standard test bench with multichannel hydraulic servo-system is mainly used to bench test. The bench test is an electro-hydraulic joint control operation, so it needed to further research to ensure the factors whether affect the test results or not.The paper mainly deals with the effect of different factors on the fatigue test results and made analysis to the bogies strength, stiffness and fatigue life based on the virtual bench test.Based on multi-body dynamics software LMS Virtual.Lab a virtual3-D model of the test rig which is used for the bogies testing is created and it referenced to the physical bench test models. Firstly, build a bench test based on the size of the model frame, and checked its strength,stiggeness and modal; Secondly does sub structure modal analysis of the frame of the finite element model and get a coupling test-bed model for rigid and elastic. And then, made analysis to the bogies strength on the virtual test bench and takes a comparison between the results of physical experiments and the simulated results of virtual test bench, proving the correctness of the static strength analysis to the bogie based on the virtual test bench. Finally, it assesses the fatigue life of the framework by the virtual test bed and analyzes the effects of different factors on the results during the test.Two conclusions are draw from this paper. The first one is the established virtual test bed model can be used to make static strength and fatigue life analysis, and calculation of different frame only by changing the coordinate position of the actuator and the supporting body. The secondly one is the phase difference between load during the test, box springs of different stiffness will affect the test results,and the load frequency have no affect to the results. |
