With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the urbanization process is becoming more and more intense.The migrant population in the city is also increasing gradually.The number of cars in the city is also increasing year by year.Urban rail transit is an inevitable trend of urban development,and it has become increasingly apparent as an important symbol of urban modernization.As an important and key equipment in the subway transportation system,the bogie is a key component of the subway vehicle.Most components of the bogie need to be installed on the frame,so the performance of the frame directly affects the stability and safety of the vehicle.This paper takes the bogie framework of type A metro bullet train as the research object,and the main work and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,a finite element model of bogie frame is established in the finite element pre-processing software Hypermesh.The whole frame adopts 10-node Solidl87 unit to discretization the model.There are 213,021 nodes and 161,419 units in the model.Secondly,this paper on the basis of UIC 615-4 OR the truck frame structure strength experiment,JIS E 4208 railway vehicle bogie load test method,TB/T 2368-2005 the power bogie frame strength test method on the bogie frame strength analysis,in the process of static strength analysis,through analysis the corresponding stress nephogram and stress value,the result shows that stress condition for 5 conditions of the largest,the maximum equivalent stress value is 309.553 MPa,the working condition of the maximum stress appeared in the side of the beam under the cover near the beam circular arc transition.According to the fourth strength theory,the maximum equivalent stress value does not exceed the yield limit of 314MPa of the frame,so the frame will not be damaged.Then,in the main operating load and simulate special operating load combination condition under the action of the bogie frame for fatigue strength analysis,considering the structure of main force large parts of the weld and weld,including side beam and plate with the vertical plate connection weld,stiffened plate connection,the main stress parts connected to the structure of weld,and at the same time,using the Goodman curve of welding material,respectively,to frame body and braking made an evaluation of the fatigue strength of the welding area,check results show that the selected welding area and the area of fatigue strength meet the requirements.At last,the first 6 modes of the bogie frame and its natural frequency characteristics are obtained through the low-order modal analysis.According to the analysis of the first six modes,the conclusion is drawn:the lowest natural frequency of the bogie frame is 41.308Hz,and the first-order mode frequency of the bogie frame is higher than that of the wheel,rail and suspension system.In actual operation,the bogie frame will not resonate with the car body and suspension system,so it meets the design requirements.
