:With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the requirement of dealing with the emergency rapid response ability and efficient processing for the dispatcher is increasing. The interaction between dispatcher and workstation interface become more and more frequently. In the wake of technology improvement of the subway automatic train operation control system, the dispatching system is more and more automatically. Thus it reduced the number of accidents caused by the dispatcher’s improper operation. When under highly time pressure the dispatcher deal with emergencies, the delay effect due to failure to obtain specific information or heavy and complicated steps is more and more obviously. Dispatching system is an important safeguard of metro safety, and the dispatcher is the emergency protection and recovery mechanism of the subway system. It is an important problem urgently to be solved in the subway that how to get effective improvement of the interface design to improve the operator’s work efficiency and reduce the work load.First of all, the human-computer interaction characteristics of dispatching system have carried on the detailed analysis. By reference the latest ecological interface design theory abroad, this paper expounds the interface design steps, focus on the research of two methods of system analysis of the work domain analysis and abstraction hierarchy analysis.Second, it uses double screen for design. In view of the modern complex subway dispatching workstation interface problems, the paper summarized the suitable human-computer interaction interface design criteria of dispatching workstation. By using Beijing subway line1dispatcher workstation as the research object to establish work domain model, using the abstraction hierarchy analysis to build the system’s hierarchical structure. Combined with interface design principle, it designs the visual interface of the dispatcher workstations based on the theory of ecological interface design. Finally, based on eye tracking quantitative data acquisition it designs the interface contrast experiment to compare the ecological interface with the traditional interface. By using eye-tracking data analysis software to gain time, blink times, pupil threshold to analysis their influence on dispatcher performance. It chooses the time pressure and interface design method as two factors to analysis under different time pressure the influence of the method of interface design about time, fatigue and subjective load. Studies have shown that ecological interface is more conducive to reduce the cognitive load, and then improve the dispatcher’s work performance, reduce the task completion time, the dispatcher’s subjective load than traditional interface.
