The subway is an important part of urban public transport, metro power transformer breaker is one of the key components to ensure safe and stable operation of the transmission system. Thus ensuring reliable operation of the circuit breaker is extremely important. Most subway accident stems from electrical power transformer breaker and mechanical reasons. Subway operations department invests a lot of manpower and resources to carry out regular maintenance of circuit breakers every year, This overhaul is full of blindness, high costs, but also for breaker itself cause damage to human factors. Rrisks caused by the normal operation of the circuit breaker, reducing the efficiency and reliability. To solve these problems, the paper design of embedded systems based power transformer breaker subway line monitoring system, which through the circuit breaker on-line monitoring and comprehensive diagnostic analysis, real-time view of the operation of the circuit breaker, power supply system and to improve the safety of subway reliability, overcoming blindness regular maintenance to provide reliable scientific basis for power scheduling, operation and maintenance.In the analysis of the metro-powered variant AC、DC breaker works and overhaul procedures premise, this article identifies important parameters on-line monitoring in the need to extract, such as vibration signals combined points coil current, charging motor current. In the system design, this paper utu2440-F-Core core board hardware support for monitoring system design and research, porting to Linux system software development platform, expanded use of outer MAX125chip sampling AD functions for data acquisition, via Ethernet collecting network data transmission. This design online monitoring system with real-time multi-tasking, full-featured, easy to manage and so on.This paper completed the design power transformer breaker subway line monitoring system monitoring unit hardware system to achieve the Linux operating system platform design, data collection functions and data transmission function. Hardware system design includes:design data acquisition circuit,LCD monitor design and Ethernet communication interface design. Linux operating system platform design includes:the development environment to build, write ADC, Ethernet, LCD driver interface, data acquisition, Qt-based applications written in monitoring systems, data communications. This paper completed the multi-channel data acquisition system and Ethernet communications test collection test results showed that:This design variant powered subway line monitoring system can accurately capture the signal to be monitored by an Ethernet-bit machine will be able to quickly and securely collected to transmit a signal to the host computer and the host computer for waveform display, as the host computer for further analysis of the signal has laid a good foundation, Qt-based monitoring system on the LCD monitor display makes operation more convenient and intuitive.
