With the rapid development of power industry, power distribution systemsbecome more and more complex. Power quality problem has become a hot issueat this stage. The comprehensive,precise and high-speed acquisition of varioussteady state, transient power quality disturbance signal has also causedwidespread attention in the power system. It provides data base for the powerquality disturbance’s subsequent identification, classification and how to solveand prevent it, and is the important assurance for carrying on the follow-up workaccurately.To the problem of that current power quality signal acquisition mode in frontis so simple that part of the disturbance signal is lost in the digital-analogconversion.This article has been studied a kind of intelligent optimizationacquisition strategy based on hybrid genetic tabu algorithm,And designed apower quality disturbance signal acquisition system based on a combination ofarray type A/D, to achieve a comprehensive collection which intelligent controlarray type A/D to the signal disturbance. Take advantage of A/D chip consisted ofarray arrangement that through a special arrangement and combination of specificsettings can not only complete the function of ultra-high precision and ultra-highspeed acquisition, but also can be configured into different collection methodsand different sampling rates to achieve the multi-angle analysis to obtain moredata on communication.The system can provide the best acquisition strategy for differentdisturbance signal so that the disturbance information can be fully collected. Iteffectively solved the question of power quality disturbance information’sincomprehensively collection which is caused by the contradiction between A/D conversion accuracy and conversion rate. This article also describes the algorithmof acquisition strategy based on intelligent optimization, permutations andcombinations mode of A/D array and hardware and software desine of the system.Finally, the algorithm and system simulation and experiments, indicating that themethod can be a variety of power quality in the steady state, transient waveformsin real-time lossless high-precision, high-speed acquisition, thus achieving powerquality online monitoring.
