At present, the development of the hydraulic press at home and abroad mainly reflects in control, the traditional switch quantity control way more and more can’t meet the product requirements and customer accuracy of control system for human requirements. Based on this, the system adopts PLC control, at the same time use the various sensors integral loop circuit type system, has reached the purpose of precise control. Among them, the hydraulic system by applying electro-hydraulic proportional servo control system, because of its electrical and hydraulic two aspects of the advantages, good control performance, transmission capacity, and is easy to realize the computer control. Therefore, electro-hydraulic proportional position control system application research to improve the control performance of the hydraulic press and pressing accuracy etc,it have important theoretical and practical significance of the project.This paper hydraulic press for the identity of hot stamping experiments, according to the characteristics of the material and the special requirements, and in order to improve the quality and performance of products of the forming, calling on the displacement and speed of the hydraulic controlled measurable, keep constant loading shift rate, the original hydraulic system has been unable to finish the experiment requirement. Based on the original system was designed a new electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop control system; based on the fluid mechanics and classical control theory found the hydraulic system mathematical model, and the mathematical model of using control theory knowledge detailed the analysis of system dynamic and static characteristic. Then, for the lack of stability of the system, use the PID and fuzzy PID control system contrast correction to identify the system, to found the best control strategy, this is not only to ensure the stability of the system requirements, but can improve the dynamic quality of thesystem.On this basis, based on the Matlab Simulink tool box system simulation, the simulation experiments show that the PID control parameter setting there is difficult and adaptability is bad shortcomings. Through a preliminary study of the fuzzy control theory, a fuzzy controller is designed, and in the light of conventional fuzzy control with poor steady precision characteristics, combined with PID control, design the adaptive fuzzy PID controller, by off-line parameters setting, online inquires the way control system, and the simulation results show that the system can meet practical needs.
