Rail rust is a very important process in front of welding of rails。There are two methods about our scaling operation, one is mainly rely on the introduction of foreign rail rust removing machine, two is the hand cleaning before welding, but the efficiency of manual rusting is very low, and domestic rusting machine is still in the blank at present。Design of the grinding machine achieves a motor to drive the two grinding head walks on the rail grinding, and polishing in the grinding process to achieve automatic compensation and positioning. Compared with other grinding methods, grinding efficiency and grinding quality have a certain enhancement. The grinding machine will change the original backward method for Rail rust, and provide a reliable and effective solution.Firstly, according to the need of the actual production, we make grinding machine structure design scheme, use the virtual manufacturing technology to complete the structure simulation design, use Pro/E software design concept on grinding machine parts for three-dimensional modeling.Secondly, according to the structure characteristics of the grinding machine, we will simplify the structure parts, establish the finite element model, apply simplified load and constraint, and do the static analysis.According to the results of static analysis, parts model needs to be further optimized design, making it as far as possible to meet the needs of actual production.Thirdly, the original members and improved structure of the modal analysis, comparative analysis of the results, determine the grinding machine spare parts optimization design is reasonable. Focus on the frame, frame, rotating arm and the grinding spindle for dynamic performance analysis, extraction through their first6order natural frequencies were compared, it was found the improved structure improves the inherent frequency.Finally, the3D models are simplified, into the finite element analysis software for static, dynamic analysis. In the simplified model of the structure of the original analysis discovered that, the slider assembly structure are in need of improvement design. After the optimized grinding machine to complete the static, dynamic analysis, verified the feasibility and optimization of overall optimization of the credibility of the results.
