In recent years, with people’s living standard improving gradually, more and more people choose the way of traveling to enjoy life on vacation. According to the demand for development of the leisure tourism industry, the project aims to deal with the landscape design of Hui Run Leisure Manor in Ban Cang town of Changsha.By using such research methods as Literature Study, Case Reference, Field Research and based on consulting and discussing the typical agriculture farm landscape design experience, the project conducts the field research in Hui Run Leisure Manor to analyze its natural condition as well as the current resource situation and designs its landscape from aspects of the functional partition planning, the terrain design, road design, plant planting design, architecture and sketch design.Main design achievements include:(1) In terms of the functional partition planning, the project divides the manor for the manor into the entrance landscape area, comprehensive recreational area, waterfront landscape area, economic windbreak forest area, agricultural production area and waterfront recreation area in order to give prominence to functions of leisure entertainment, sightseeing and agricultural production.(2) In terms of the terrain design, the project aims to retain the original terrain and natural landscape, reduce the amount of earthwork, organize the drainage line and repair the damaged bulkhead according to the principle of ecology. Besides, the project adopts the biodiversity view to create a favorable living space for creatures in accordance with the original terrain shape slopes and depressions.(3) In terms of road design, the project optimizes the road based on the original traffic system and organizes the tour routes. Considering such factors as synthesis of linear, scale, density, fork and slope in the road, it uses ecotype material to pave the road.(4)Plant configuration takes agricultural economic plants as the main body, and highlights the production function in the face, the ornamental function on the line and leisure function in the point in order to build an economic and practical multi-level composite plant community with rich landscape.(5) Architecture and sketch design strives to assort with manor design style with designs of architectural style, architectural landscape, lighting and creative design sketch.The landscape design of Hui Run Leisure Manor pays attention to the natural landscape, restoration of the ecological environment, agricultural production mode improvement and the local culture refining so as to improve the social, economic and ecological benefits of leisure manor.
