Study On Experiential Leisure Agriculture Planning In Changsha Suburb

As a product of the experience economy era,experiential leisure agriculture has slowly entered the public eye.Through investigation and research,In 2007,experiential leisure agriculture was initially sought after in China,and subsequent research appeared..With the improvement of people's living standards,the public's standards for leisure agriculture are getting higher and higher.The traditional leisure farm model can no longer meet the needs of consumers.The transformation of traditional leisure farms is imperative.On the one hand,the development of suburban experiential farms can promote the development of suburban integration and promote the development of culture;on the other hand,it can promote the development of urban culture and the transformation of leisure farms.Because Changsha leisure agriculture lacks targeted theoretical guidance,its development has not been in line with the “experience+” environment.Therefore,this paper conducts relevant research on the theme of Changsha suburban experiential leisure farm.This paper analyzes and summarizes the experiences of experiential farm planning through four different types of experiential leisure farms at home and abroad(evasion experience,recreational entertainment,aesthetic experience,learning experience).Using literature exploration method,case study method,field research method,case argumentation method and other research methods,through the field visits of 12 farms in the east,south,west and north of Changsha suburbs,the current Changsha leisure agriculture was analyzed.Problems in development,Such as:unreasonable planning layout,poor experience,similar style,and disconnected from market demand,etc.And put forward corresponding improvement methods for the problem one by one.Through the questionnaire survey of consumers of different farms,the purpose and travel habits of Changsha citizens were analyzed and summarized.Through the observation and record of the tourists in the farm,the behavioral preferences of tourists of different ages are analyzed and summarized.Finally,taking Changsha Songya Lake Experience Farm as a demonstration case,planning and designing under the guidance of the theory of suburban leisure agriculture and experience economy.The article summarizes theplanning principles,planning methods,spatial landscape design,theme creation,experiential activity design and experiential plant planning of experiential leisure farms.The author hopes that through the exploration of the development path of Changsha experiential leisure farms,it can provide ideas and reference for the planning of experiential leisure farms in Changsha suburbs,and promote the development of experiential leisure agriculture in Changsha.
