Due to the influence of globalization, abundant information and the development of network,the production efficiency is greatly improved.As a result, working hours are shorted, and leisure may become more important than work.With these changes, leisure economy era is coming.The abundant information changes the interpersonal relationship and the way of life.As a result;the new costumers appear. All of these changes promote the change of the retail business,the new commercial space and the commercial spatial structure. To be an important capital city in Central China, Changsha is going through these changes.The study of the restructuring of commercial spatial structure in leisure economy era is the meaningful supplement in the theory of commercial spatial structure.Full-text is divided into five chapters,which focus on Chapter 3,4and5. Conclusion part makes a general summary to the study.Chapter 1,introduction.This chapter describes the research background and significance of thesis,determines the research objectives and methodology, and constructs the logical framework of study.Chapter 2,analysis of concepts and related theoretical studies.Analysis of this chapter, leisure economy era, commercial spatial structure, new commercial space, restructure, etc.The study identifies the concept, regional,and time frame.At the same time, the main research and the theory interrelated with the study are reviewed and evaluated.Chapter 3,Changsha commercial spatial structure evolution.It is divided into 4 phases,before 1999,1999 to 2005,2005 to 2010 and after 2010.By adding up the date of where the new commercial space distributed, this part tries to analyze the development and evolution of the new commercial space.Chapter 4, the dynamisms for the evolution of commercial spatial structure.This part analyzes the dominant force,pull force and basic force of commercial spatial structure change, showing the effect of the government,the enterprise and the consumer in the restructuring of the commercial spatial structure in Changsha. Furthermore,it summes up their mutual relations.Chapter 5,the trend of the restructuring of commercial spatial structure and the advises.Based on the analysis above, the study forecasts the developing trend of commercial spatial structure.At the same time,the study tries to find the problem at present and then give some advises to it.
