| In the modern coking industry, the construction and use of CDQ have been the main trend of the development of coking industry, because the CDQ technology has the advantages of energy recycling, environmental protection and the coke quality improvement.Energy saving and environmental protection effects of CDQ and the safe and stable operation of the CDQ both depend on the CDQ automatic control system of the fine or not.With the promotion and development of CDQ in the domestic coking industry, the dependence on the control system of CDQ is very strong, so it is essential to study the automatic control system of CDQ.This article bases on the production process of1×150t/h CDQ of a steel factory as the research object. It firstly introduces the background and significance of the topic research, simply expounds the development of coke dry quenching system, and describes the status and prospect of CDQ device automatic process control. Then it briefly introduces CDQ process, the principle and technology of CDQ boiler, the automatic control software design of automatic control system of CDQ device and the automatic control system operation. Finally, it mainly researches the process control of boiler water supply system which is an important part of CDQ system, and analyses the characteristics and control requirements of CDQ boiler drum water supply process; the author expatiates on the revision of control quality of single impulse and three impulse control system of CDQ boiler feed-water control system, and compares to the control quality before and after revision, then determines the operational suitable control parameters. At the same time, by using multivariable control method, water temperature and pressure compensation program, the author sets up the mathematical model of furnace pressure and liquid level, and corresponds each point pressure, density, differential pressure to the liquid level by drawing the table, and solves the differential pressure level meter level error compensation, in order to provide the correct reference for adjusting drum water level. Those ensure the increase of drum water level control stability. By the actual production operation of CDQ system, the stability and reliability of CDQ boiler drum water supply has been improved a lot after CDQ boiler feed-water control system parameters tuning. It provides effective guarantee for the safe and stable operation of CDQ. |
