In recent years, seismic base isolation technology is becoming the focus of seismicstrengthening technology research and development. Although the design andconstruction of isolation theory has relatively mature, but the study isolation andeconomy better seismic isolation device is still the current research focus. In the90s, theprevailing theory of sliding friction isolation problems such as horizontal displacementis difficult to control and reset. The current theory is relatively perfect vertical vibrationisolation effect is poor rubber isolation earthquake technology in engineering cost highrubber aging problem. At the present stage of isolation devices are more or less theexistence of certain defects. With the economic and technological development, moreand more new material can be used in isolation appeared, which also for the research ofnew isolation device provides favorable conditions. This paper tries to combine theadvantages of some material to design a new isolation device to ensure the isolationeffect while avoiding the shortcomings of conventional seismic isolation devices. Themain research work is as follows:1. Combining with shape memory alloy’s shape memory effect and super-elasticityeffect, disc spring’s vertical damping energy dissipation performance, the ball’shorizontal isolation performance, concave plate’s self-resetting performance advantages,we propose a novel three-dimensional SMA-roll disc spring isolation device.2. Research and analysis of this new seismic isolation device design theory,summed up a set of practical isolator design method, combined with a practical projectto design a new type of isolator.3. Through experimental research, analyzes SMA, loading frequency, displacementamplitude, load, friction coefficient and other factors on the effect of seismic isolationbearings and verified isolation bearings isolation capability.4. By ANSYS software simulation analysis research a practical project after settinga new isolator isolation effect. On the set of buildings before and after each isolatorinput EL-Centro wave, KOBE wave and TAFT wave, case study rare earthquakedisplacement between the upper structural layer and the interlayer changes inacceleration. Through the analysis of the simulation results prove that the new holderhas a significant isolation effect.
