The Experimental Study And Theoretical Analysis On Anti-floating Anchor In Geotechnical Ground

In recent years, A growing urban population compel the scale of the cityconstruction expands unceasingly with the rapid development of urban construction. Inthe case of limited land resources, People pay more and more attention to the use ofunderground space, with bringing out a large number of underground garage,underground shopping mall, subway and multi-layer basement of undergroundstructures, etc.But there is a large amount of ground water under the surface in someareas, especially in Shanghai, Qingdao and Dalian. It appers a lot of problems ofinsufficient anti-floating, causing the building rise, tilt,and affecting the use function.Anti-floating anchor as a new way of anti-floating, It already has been widely used insome areas, but the anti-floating anchor’s stress mechanism is still to be solved becauseof the poor design theory. The study aiming at characteristics of geotechnical ground,putting forward the proposal and optimization to the anti-floating anchor throughEngineering research, theoretical calculation and finite element simulation method.Firstly, According to the character of weathered rock foundation, deriving formulaof anti-floating anchor’s ultimate pullout force with SPSS.Secondly, compositing anti-floating anchor’two kinds of arrangement in designprocess, compared to the floor stress and anchor stress with ANSYS, proposing theoptimal arrangement scheme and esplaining the distance of anti-floating anchor in normclauses.Thirdly, compared to five anti-floating methods in structure, construction period,cost and waterproof, proposing the optimal anti-floating method based on the fivefactors.Finally, the paper gives analysis of anti-floating anchor’s stress mechanism insand,soil,rock and geotechnical ground through field test and analysing the anchor’sPull-out force of soil in geotechnical ground, using the finite element software validatethe solution.The design of anti-floating anchor is an important part of Structure anti-upliftdesign,it is related to the accomplishment and the normal function of the structure. The paper’s work take the problems of anti-floating anchor in design process into accountand providing certain ideas and methods of design,it has a certain reference value andsignificance.
