Developing with urbanization, industrialization, and living standards, a rapid growth of energy consumption in building energy conservation has become an urgent problem in the construction industry in our country.Energy is the foundation of the national economic and social development, It is also the important material guarantee of the development of human society.For the first time in the1970s, the emergence of the oil crisis caused energy problem which has caused wide attention of the international community and many countries set his sights on the use of renewable energy. Along with the further energy demand growth and the drying up of fossil energy resources,the superiority of renewable energy will receive more prominent status.Renewable energy has become to realize the diversification of energy structure and response to the global weather change and achieve sustainable development important resources.Photovoltaic technology,GSHP(Ground Source Heat Pump) technology other renewable energy technology have widespread used in various buildings,which has already has a large-scale development resources.The theoretical analysis of renewable energy is presented in this pape, which is combined with renewable energy technology demonstration project-lu shang royal dragon bay, and gives an economic demonstration. Aiming at the problems above, the paper mainly studied:(1)The application of the renewable energy technologies is briefed in the paper.(2)The Renewable energy technologies and the present research status at home and abroad are introduced.(3)This paper describes renewable energy technology demonstration project-lu shang royal dragon bay.(4)This paper makes economic analysis on renewable energy technology through the method of incremental costs and payback period.(5)The paper presents developmental prospects of renewable energy technology and social benefits.
