| In the winter,snow and ice are not only a major safety hazard that affects the traffic flow,but also caused huge economy loss every year worldwide.The traditional method of road snow melting is mechanical clearing method,chemical melting method and hot melt method etc.However,the traditional snow removal methods has some disadvantages,such as destroy the eco-environment and roads or bridges structure,low efficiency with high cost.In the summer,the surface of the road absorb energy form solar radiation which promote the pavements temperatureto higher degree,diurnal temperature result in temperature stress,temperature cracks on roads,impact the durability of the road and it’sservice life.Therefore,it is importance to find a new method of snow melting and prolong the service life of road.This paper studies the renewable energy road snowmelt systems,including ground source heat pump system,solar road snow melting system etc.Through the establishment of road snow melting model by ANSYS,the optimum temperature of heating fluid and the influence of different buried depth on the temperature field are determined.As the temperature of the heating fluid decreases,the temperature rise of the road surface will gradually become smaller.The conclusion is that the suitable temperature of hot fluid in the transfer pipe is from 35 ℃ to 42 ℃.The change of the depth of the buried pipe has little influence on the temperature of the boundary point,but it has a great influence on the middle point.The best depth to bury the heat pipe is 70 mm ~ 80 mm under the road.In addition,the snow melting energy consumption analysis,heat transfer analysis,hot water pipe design are briefly analyzed.The shallow geothermal resources are used by ground source heat pump(GSHP).Ground source heat pump(GSHP)is environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency.Ground source heat pump(GSHP)technology is used to extract low level heat energy,transport it to road and melt the snow and ice in winter.And in the summer,the road surface absorb solar heat energy and store in the underground pipes,thus not only control the road surface temperature,but also realize the purpose ofsummer energy storage for the use of winter.According to the established simultaneous equation of the ice heat transfer model and the heat exchange model of the GHSP,the calculation formula of the buried pipe length of GSHP system is provided for the system design.For the solar road snow melting system,the solar heat collection system is used to increase the temperature of the fluid in the pipe,and the heat is transferred from the fluid in the pipeline to the road surface for melting snow.From the perspective of economy,considered how to determine the reasonable set of heat exchanger area.By changing the position of the heat collector,connection mode,the best angle to improve effective heat collector.The random analysis of the GSHP system and the solar energy ice melting system has been carried out,based on the reliability theory,the stochastic features of the GSHP is discussed,and the corresponding design and analysis methods are proposed. |
