With constant attention to the state energy conservation work, construction of a conservation campus in the country’s colleges and universities are actively carrying out. Colleges and universities as the current city electric consumption of large users, including many public places where consume electricity, university of illumination expenditure occupy a large proportion of the campus expenses. According to the investigation of some colleges and universities, there are many problems in university’s lighting consume, the institutions of higher learning’s energy saving have good potential. Universities in energy conservation action are not only the needs of the country’s energy, but also to train college students’ talents and improve their comprehensive quality. Colleges and universities as an important role in national energy-saving square, must be in the first of knowing and action in energy conservation. Lighting energy-saving work in the university campus is very necessary.In this paper, under the trend of social energy saving and combine the situation of environmental protection, investigation and research the status quo of the university of electricity for lighting, and aim at the classroom, corridor and street lighting use problem, put forward some energy saving equipment and control plan. According to the characteristics of energy-saving controller which widespread used universities lighting energy saving project, design the classroom installation design scheme. On the basis of an in-depth understanding of the classroom energy-saving controller design and control principles, this paper uses the fuzzy logic theory to optimize the parameter of open light threshold, close light threshold and time delay which involved in the process of using classroom energy-saving controller, the targets are saving energy, saving money, and keeping comfort level of students’reading and writing. This paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model in the energy-saving controller processing, using multi-objective optimization method to construct the scheduling algorithm, using linear weighting method to construct the evaluation function, to determine the degree of membership of the objective function, and realize the multi-objective optimization algorithm. In this paper detailed quantitative and example are given in the each objective function, and obtained the specific optimization scheme, the evaluation results were analyzed, correct the inadequacies of settings parameter of the energy-saving controller are generally relying on the experience.
