Since the world energy crisis in the early 1980s,energy issues have repeatedly threatened the economic and social development of countries around the world.As is known to all,China is a country that consumes a lot of energy,especially in the stage of rapid economic and social development.The demand for energy is self-evident.On the one hand,for the past few years,the rapid development of China's construction industry has made China's construction area more than 50 billion square meters.Building energy consumption is the third largest energy consumption industry in China after industrial energy consumption and transportation energy consumption.Looking at the development of the whole society,the development of China's building energy conservation is urgent.On the other hand,along with the rising of the national standard of living,comfort requirements of the building indoor living and working environment has also been gradually rise.The development of building energy efficiency at the same time improve the quality of building indoor thermal environment is the choice and pursuit of more people at the moment,and also the embodiment of the competitiveness of the construction industry.In recent years,with the continuous development of the construction industry,relevant researches on architectural design and analysis at home and abroad are mainly carried out and developed on the basis of building performance.Especially with the development of Building Information Model technology,combined with Building Information Model technology for quantitative evaluation and design of the building performance to achieve building performance analysis in the three-dimensional environment,which has a great significance for promoting the the design level and management level of construction.Therefore,this article will be on the basis of existing achievements,based on BIM platform and visual programming environment,explore a new way to improve the efficiency of building energy consumption analysis.The research combines the artificial intelligence algorithm with the multi-objective optimization theory to study the optimal design of building energy saving.The specific research content of this paper is roughly divided into the following work:First of all,through literature reading,this paper studies and summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on the analysis of building energy consumption,the design of building energy conservation and the comfort of building indoor thermal environment and summarized the main factors influencing the energy consumption of buildings.Based on the research results at home and abroad,the influence of envelop enclosure on building energy consumption and its contribution to building energy conservation are explored and analyzed.Second,analysis of building energy consumption.In order to improve the efficiency of building energy consumption analysis,a new method of automatic setting and extraction of building information parameters was explored based on BIM platform and visual programming language.Green Building Studio,an energy analysis cloud platform with more powerful information interaction between Revit,was selected for the analysis of building energy consumption,and the quantitative relationship between the various parts of the envelop enclosure and its thermal performance was studied using the general method of econometrics.Third,the quantitative relationship between building energy consumption and envelop enclosure and the quantitative relationship between indoor comfort and envelop enclosure.Based on the heat balance principle,and at the present stage,the analysis of the related achievements of building energy-saving and improving the comfort of the indoor thermal environment and summarizes the relationship between the performance of the building envelop enclosure and the energy consumption of the building and the relationship between the performance of the building envelop enclosure and the comfort of the indoor thermal environment.Fourth,study and summarize the application of genetic algorithm,combined with the multi-objective optimization theory.Factors influencing building energy consumption and indoor thermal environment comfort were selected as parameters,according to the relevant provisions of the state to determine the range of parameters.Determine the objective function form of the optimizer,and write the optimization design programming of building energy conservation through the MATLAB platform.Fifth,a public building in Dalian city was selected for the analysis of building energy consumption.Based on the actual project cases,the multi-objective optimization program was run and the optimization results were analyzed to reach a conclusion.
