Airborne electro-optical equipment is optical and electronic device to complete the photoelectric detection, search, rescue and fire control system aiming a has been widely used. In order to improve the reliability of airborne optoelectronic devices, it is particularly important in the devices to perform tasks before and after the daily maintenance, we need to establish a set of security system of ground equipment function, performance test and fault diagnosis. In order to solve when professionals is not in the security field, and the equipment needed to test and fault diagnosis, this paper carried out a higher degree of automation expert diagnosis of airborne photoelectric equipments ground support system based on.In this paper, the VC++2010development environment construction of expert diagnosis photoelectric equipment ground support system based on the basis of airborne, ground testing of airborne optoelectronic devices, through the test to get information to locate the fault, and on the basis of fault diagnosis expert system based on. The main work of this thesis are as follows:(1) The fault diagnosis expert system for photoelectric equipment onboard program language based on CLIPS, the vector CLIPS knowledge base and reasoning machine, and the CLIPS successfully embedded man-machine interactive testing system diagnostic reasoning. Make full use of CLIPS language programming flexibility, portability and open source etc, overcomes the disadvantage of not friendly operation interface;(2) The combination of fuzzy theory and expert system, greatly enhance the ability of fault diagnosis and location of expert system, enhance the degree of automation and practical value;(3) Different display method in the other image, the image of OpenCV2.2and display based on Visual C++2010, and make full use of the rich variety of functions in OpenCV, lay the foundation of automatic test and fault location for airborne electro-optical equipment image quality.
