Airborne electro-optical reconnaissance platform plays a more and moreimportant role in the field of reconnaissance, alert, monitoring, and forest fireprevention. With domestic airborne electro-optical reconnaissance platformdevelopment maturely, its using region growing, using conditions severing, and thetransportation, use and storage will be affected by the environment in the equipmentlife. As a core part of aerial reconnaissance, the task of airborne electro-opticalreconnaissance platform is to get high quality image. In addition to the quality of thephotoelectric detector and the optical system, working environment is the main factorto restrict the quality of airborne electro-optical reconnaissance platform imaging. It isimportant to carry out environmental adaptability design and verification in the earlydevelopment of electro-optical reconnaissance platform, which has importantsignificance for shorten the development period and improve reliability of equipment.vibration and electromagnetic interference on airborne electro-optical reconnaissanceplatform be mainly studied in this paper, which provide references for the design of itsenvironment adaptability.First of all, the external vibration environment that affects the imaging quality ofairborne electro-optical reconnaissance platform has been studied, vibration dynamicvector value of the propeller aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicle and helicopters hasbeen introduced, and the wind resistance has been calculated, which provide a valuable reference for determining the installation position of electro-opticalreconnaissance platform; External and internal electromagnetic environment ofelectro-optical reconnaissance platform were studied. The characteristics ofelectro-optical reconnaissance platform and each subsystem and the factors of easy toproduce or cause electromagnetic interference have been mainly analyzed.Supported by vibration theory, vibration model of vibration isolation system ofelectro-optical reconnaissance platform was established. According to differentapplication environment, the single vibration isolation system and the doublevibration isolation system were designed through the reasonable layout, materialselection, structure design and calculation of stiffness. The single vibration isolationsystem of electro-optical reconnaissance platform was designed by using the rubberdamper and the double vibration isolation system by the metal rubber damper. Theperformance of two types of vibration isolation systems was verified throughvibration tests and outfield flight tests. Finally, some other helpful methods which caninhibit the vibration of electro-optical reconnaissance platform were presented.According to its electromagnetic interference environment, and combining withthe test results, based on electromagnetic compatibility theory and the design thinkingfrom inside to outside, the electromagnetic compatibility of electro-opticalreconnaissance platform was designed using the technical measures such as shielding,grounding, filtering, specially for some sensitive units such as the power,photoelectric detector, metal hole seam, circuit boards, cables and connectors caneasily cause the interference, and the problem of electromagnetic interference forelectro-optical reconnaissance platform was gradually solved. The tests such asconduction emission(CE102), radiation emission(RE102) and radiationsensitivity(RS103) that easy to exceed the standard were tested, and the results showthat the value of CE102has been reduced about35dB μVand RE102about46dB μV m. A good environment adaptability is the basis for the normal work of theequipment, in this paper, vibration and electromagnetic interference of electro-opticalreconnaissance platforms were studied through theoretical analysis, simulation, design,testing and other means, and effectively improved the equipment environmentaladaptability, which has been certain guided significance on the development ofelectro-optical reconnaissance platform.
