The reverse-six-link-mechanism of ZL50loader is very common in any other loaders? working mechanism. But the overall performance of the working mechanism cannot be controlled using the method of traditional design. In order to improve the overall performance, this paper puts forward an optimization analysis and design based on the ZL50reverse-six-link-mechanism. And then analyze the force and check the strength of the working mechanism after optimization.This paper introduces the working mechanism and the request properties of a loader firstly. And then analyze the deficiency of the original ZL50working mechanism. This paper chooses the character of working mechanism, the lifting mechanism抯force transmission ratio and the transgenic bucket mechanisms force transmission as the optimization objectives. Build the dynamic mathematical model of reverse-six-link-mechanism by using time-discretization of the working mechanical. Use fuzzy theory to build the membership function of the objective functions. Use nonlinear algorithm SQP to complete the optimization analysis, and then get a satisfactory result.The optimization variable, the size of mechanism and the optimization objectives are analyzed after the optimization. Analyze the force of the bucket, pull link, rock arm and boom, and then check the strength of them. Verify the result by using virtual prototyping technology and the finite element technology. It provides an effective method for the analysis and design of multi-bar linkages.
