Wheel loader as a construction machinery plays an important role in the national economy, its performance directly affects the efficiency of production, the handling performance and the service life. And the bucket is the main working attachment of the loader, so it becomes increasingly important for structural strength analysis and optimization of the loader bucket.The finite element method which developed with the development of computer is a very effective numerical calculation. You can divide the continuous object into limited discreted combinations by the finite element method, assay mechanics peculiarity using mechanics knowledge, come into being equation rule group of integrated structure,you can get a lot of result including stress etc. The whole process of finite element calculation is very standardized, major steps can be done by computer, is a very effective method of analysis.The geometric model of the middle surface of ZL50 loader bucket is directly established using Pro/E in this paper. The structural strength analysis of the finite element model is completed using ANSYS based on the finite element theory and application.From the effects of the two drawing of stress, we can find the stress of the lower part of ear-Doo and bucket combination of wall, the bucket at the end of fighting and performed the plate and Celi plate is larger than the else, and stress is Greater by partial load, to further improve the safety factor, the model proposed improvement measures: stress in the larger struggle at the end of four parts welded plate, the first one to strengthen the side panels from the bucket to the side of 300 mm, a distance of two adjacent boards 770mm, to increase the intensity at the end of fighting. The improved model stress significantly smaller, particularly in the original model of the greatest stress got better improvement.Loader bucket can be carried through topology optimization research and analysis loader bucket by finite element, objective function is the minimum overall quality of loader bucket, the design variables is the thickness of Bucket loader bucket to the wall, sides and ear plate, knife-side, strengthening board at the end etc.The finite element method is applied to the real work and some useful conclusions are reached in the paper.after Structure optimizattion by the iteration, the weight of bucket bring down 1165.647 kg from 1214.076 kg in meeting the stress of circumstances, decrease 48.429 kg, Accounting for 3.99 percent of the weight, it can save a lot of material.
