This paper firstly introduces the research on pressure excavating loader which creating fourcoordinate system on geometric relation and it is presented for the articulation system of thewheel loader, the pivot-point forces for each case are formulated, the calculation model of thepivoted pin is set up, and the method is also given for analyzing the boundary force of thepivoted pin in finite element calculation. The calculation of the force analysis in main parts is putforward using space vector analysis to carry on the theoretical digging force. Using MATLABGUI to compile loading analysis software and building3D model method based on Pro/E. UsingANSYS to the three typical conditions of it are analyzed by means of finite element method. Theconclusions obtained may provide the loading analysis software to the three typical conditionsthat can force analysis efficiently and it provide a new theoretical basis on structural strength andservice life. |
