The Research of Flood Risk Map is a non-engineering measure, it began earlier in developed countries and they have completed national flood risk map, as used widely. While our country started late and just completed the pilot implementations. Now our country is beginning the national flood risk map. Because we make low production efficiency and did not take effective management means and the application mode is not clear, this thesis will focus on the analysis and research about compilation, management, application mode of flood risk map.This thesis presents an integrated solution about the application and management of china flood risk map platform, as used for the nonstandard result, decentralized management and different application mode. The thesis firstly summarizes classification and value of flood risk map and analyses its compilation, management mode and application and summarizes the existing problems in the management and application.. Then the thesis proposes the integrated solution. It uses model-based mapping technology in stage of compilation and centrally manages the sharing service in stage of management and mashups the services from service resources center in application system. Finally this thesis details the project using this solution. These results prove its effectiveness and feasibility. The main innovation is it uses different key technologies in several stages and achieves the goal of efficient mapping, service sharing, centralized management and online service application. The combination of these technologies makes every stage of flood risk map closely integrated and efficient.This thesis describes the design and implement of the integrated solution about the application and management of china flood risk map platform.
