In recent years,with the accelerated process of Vehicle electronic networks,almost allthe Vehicles choose the CAN bus as the system control bus. Vehicle fault diagnostic criteriahave gradually moved from scattered to unification. Due to the non-destruction arbitrationmechanism, the higher communication speed, the flexible and reliable means ofcommunication, the CAN bus is widely favored, used by more and more Vehiclemanufacturers in the vehicle control and communication. Thus, the development of the faultdiagnosis equipment appears particularly necessary.Pure electric vehicle EOL fault diagnosis system used HIL, fault code formulate andextract and SQL database technology, considered the actual situation of the cab electricalconfiguration, then simulated the body electrical control module features to send or receiveCAN messages. And each controller can simulate simple logic control to connect the cabharness interface to form a closed-loop control circuit which can be detected, the use of theLabVIEW platform to match the input signal to a specific electrical equipment (such asinstrument), automatically stored waveform chart to be playback view and compare testresults with the specified target to determine whether the cab electrical work properly.This article was researched on the basis of the deteced signal characteristics and the typeof pure electric vehicle fault diagnosis equipment can detect, the ECU of the pure electricvehicles end of line need to detect functional requirements, designed with NEC78K0/FC20881microcontroller core components of the switchinput signal detection module, the switchoutput signal module and pulse output signal module and power module and fault simulationmodules, combined with Advantech AWS-8259IPC developed a friendly LabVIEW interfaceof human-computer interaction and user management interface, different administrators with different permissions, test results can print out the form of statements and greatly convenientfor practical use.This system complied the integrated testing of the cab electrical switches, wiring harness,electrical equipment and electrical circuit, etc., and automatically record the electrical testresults, thereby speeding up the production of the beat, to ensure product quality, evaluationof product quality and the track provides an important basis.
