High pressure and large power diesel engine connecting rod bushing not only hasalternately its own inertial force and pressure of cylinder outbreak,but also the effects of theheat load of the piston,it makes the working environment temperature of connecting rodbushing high,and lack of lubrication,to bring a bad working conditions,connecting rodbushing have good performance about high tensile strength,high surface hardness,hightemperature tolerance,wear resistance.Power spinning process is no chips continuous partialrotation special plastic processing technology,power spinning connecting rod bushing not onlyhave high efficiency,high performance and good surface quality,but also effectively improvethe utilization of material and significantly reduce the effects of the environment tomanufacturing process,at present,in the production of high pressure connecting rodbushing,using power spinning can significantly improve the tensile strength and surfacehardness of the material.Research on the parameters have an effect on performance of thepower spinning connecting rod bushing,it has important theoretical significance and practicalvalue to the development of the high pressure connecting rod bushing.Taking bronze connecting rod bushing after power spinning as the research objects,to theproblem of effect on performance of the main power spinning process parameters.It has aexperiment about power spinning and heat treatment process by using the ternary quadraticregression orthogonal experiment method,through the range analysis and variance analysis ofthe test results,it obtains the influences of the main parameters such as thinning ratio,thetemperature of the heat treatment and feed ratio on the connecting rod bushing performancesuch as brinell hardness,yield strength,tensile strength,percentage reduction of area and elastic modulus,and gains the optimal combination of process parameters and the regression equationof the performance effects of the connecting rod bushing main parameters,finally,by themetallographic analysis to have a micro verification about changes in the material properties.Using the optimal process parameters: thinning ratio wt44%,the temperature of theheat treatment T280℃,feed ratio f0.3mm/rconnecting rod bushing can satisfy the workrequirements of high pressure and large power diesel engine,so verifies the reliability ofoptimization method and availability of optimization results.
