Connecting rod bushing and the interference fit joint,connecting rod bushing with different materials,and the contact surface under the same load,the deformation is not the same,there are extremely small dislocation between the contact surfaces,fretting,there will be friction and wear between contact surfaces,mutual occlusion,caused by components the cracks between meshing,early,bushing faster,reduce the useful life.Based on the elastic contact theory in this paper,analysis of the contact process between the bushing and the connecting rod by using finite element analysis software.The connecting rod bushing and fretting slip and fretting friction work characteristics deeply into the study,through the analysis of calculated data summarized,obtained the following conclusions:(1)The maximum equivalent stress of the connecting rod bushing increases with increasing value as the amount of interference;contact pressure and friction stress of connecting rod bushing has increasing trend.(2)In the contacted surface of the connecting rod bushing and the small end establish three path(path distance from the outer surface of the bushing are respective 2.5mm,15 mm,22.5mm),and on each path,we select the 24 nodes evenly,and analyze the axial and circumferential displacement of the Bush at the time of the explosion pressure.(3)The micro mode of the node of the contact surface between the connecting rod and connecting rod bushing are composite Fretting with variable direction and variable amplitude.The slip values of the nodes in the vicinity of the upper and lower bearing zones are relatively large,the amplitude of the total micro slip decreases first decreases and then increases,and the amplitude of the total micro slip decreases gradually from the outer edge of the liner to the inner side along the axial direction,the maximum micro slip amplitude appears at the edge.The maximum value of the fretting friction work of the connecting rod bushing will also appear on the outer edge of the bushing.(4)The amplitude of the micro slip and the friction work of a node in a load cycle are the largest values in the time of detonation.(5)Orthogonal simulation test is established and get with the increase of the amount of interference,the amplitude of the micro sliding of the rod liner decreases,and decreases with the increase of the friction coefficient;with the increase of the amount of interference,the fretting friction work of the connecting rod bushing increases and with increase of the friction coefficient.The coefficient of friction of the contacted surface between the little rod and connecting rod bushing have the most significant effect on the micro slip,friction work of connecting rod bushing.
